The 4 Pillars of Business Development
The BIOS Organization is developing business
service divisions to give the organization a stronger base and allow us to
recruit top talent in marketing, management, legal and accounting. As a
new business or organization marketing can be a major expense, however
creating a marketing division allows us to create a positive cash flow
early on. The same philosophy holds true for the other three pillars
of business. Our core business is marketing and we will begin by
marketing business services in order to build our management team.
Our Goal: 200,000 sales representatives worldwide
in 3 years promoting products and services that fit into the
BIOS Philosophy. (Green,
Healthy, Holistic, Organic, Sustainable and Energy Efficient) This
is no small task and why we are focused on the 4 pillars at inception.
How can we do all this? One person at a time, a small group with
passion spreads like wildfire. I have 2 requests:

In our first year we will keep it simple the products and services
listed in the categories above are easily replicatable and will
allow us to grow rapidly. The talent that it recruits will
keep us growing intelligently. Marketing Subgroups will be created
from our team in the first year and launched within the second
year.

We are a marketing company at our core, we will create a
research and development division as the profits start to flow
making us a sustainable business enterprise that researches
products and services in the Green sector and promotes them for
the betterment of man and womankind.
