Education

Steve Schappert of the BIOS Organization has been lecturing on energy efficiency for years.  Schappert was the featured Green Building speaker at the national real estate convention in Las Vegas 2007, has taught elementary, high school and college.  Recently Schappert taught a master's class called advances in science education at the Yale Peabody Museum.

    * GreenFest: GreenFest is our yearly event that mixes education with entertainment

   * Green Living Expo:  The Bios Center  is our concept for a green living expo, we got the foundation in before the market crashed. Ready to make another run.

·        * Social Media: Learning and sharing BIOS Green Friends  BIOS had many groups on Facebook  with over 10,000 members in 65+ countries, we are now (as of February 17th 2010)  combining them

             into one to give us a more manageable  and focused presence in the world of social networking.

·        * Public Relations:  Steve Schappert is the Congressional District Leader for PickensPlan in Connecticut's district 1 (Hartford) Helping educate the public on the need for energy independence.
